Joseph A. Hemphill, Sr. age 72, formerly of Wilmngton, DE passed away peacefully on Monday, February 21, 2017 in Pinellas Pk., Florida after a long battle with cancer and heart disease.  

Joe was survived by his children, Maria Coates(Chris) and Joseph Hemphill, Jr; sisters, Kathy Trotta (Frank) and Nancy Blackburn (Delbert); 2 grandchildren, Amanda and Chris Coates and 2 great grandchildren, Maya and Logan Remmell and many nieces and nephews.
