Paul Adam Kozicki

Paul Adam Kozicki, 79, of Wilmington, Delaware, sadly passed away on Sunday, January 14, 2024.

Born in Wilmington, he was the son of the late Adam and Mary (Grabowski) Kozicki.

Paul graduated from St. Hedwig’s Elementary School and Wilmington High School. He was previously employed by the City of Wilmington, St. Elizabeth’s School, and Shop Rite.

Paul lived a simple life, and was always pleasant and cheerful. He was an avid Phillies and Eagles fan, and was glued to the television from Spring Training to the Super Bowl. Paul had a razor sharp memory and loved to talk about the good old days to anyone who would listen. He loved animals and most importantly, Paul loved his family. He loved family gatherings and celebrations, and especially celebrating his birthday at his favorite restaurants.

Paul will be dearly missed by his brother Stan Kozicki (Joan); sister and caretaker, Mary Chrzanowski (John); and brother Larry Kozicki (Gina); his nieces and nephews, Christopher Kozicki (Ann), Mary Kate Mieczkowski (Bobby), Matthew Kozicki (Trish), Lauren Edgar (Dan), Elizabeth Narasaki (Mike), and Adam Kozicki (Sydney Pluta); and his beloved great nephews and great nieces, Michelle, Sean, Kevin, Johanna, and Ryan Kozicki, Abby Mieczkowski, Colin, Ella, and baby boy due this summer Kozicki, Shane and Maggie Edgar, and Noah, Nathan, and Ava Narasaki. Paul is also survived by many loving cousins who adored him.

Family and friends are invited to visit at St. Hedwig’s Roman Catholic Church, 408 South Harrison Street, Wilmington, DE 19805 on Tuesday, January 23 from 9:30 – 10:45AM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00AM and burial will follow at Cathedral Cemetery.
