Bernardine Lendzioszek

     Age 80, of Newark, DE, passed away on Monday, February 25, 2013 in the Christiana Hospital.

Bernardine was a Registered Nurse.  Her husband, Thomas Lendzioszek passed away in 2012.  She is survived by her brother, John (Bonnie) Slank, Jr.; her 5 grandchildren, Leah, Rachel, Helen, Mary and Jeffrey and a sister-in-law, Bonnie Lendzioszek.  Besides her husband, she was predeceased by her 2 sons, Jeffrey in 1979 and Robert in 2012.

A committal service will be held on Saturday morning, March 2, 2013 at 11 am in the chapel at All Saints Cemetery.  Burial will follow in the family lot.
