Bertha S. (Lutrzykowski) Pajewski

Bertha S. Pajewski, age 96 of Wilmington, DE passed away peacefully with her family at her side on Friday, December 28, 2018.

Bertha worked for 37 years, as a shop steward for NVF. She retired in 1985. She was a member of St. Hedwig Church, the Holy Rosary Society, the Alley Cats and the Claymore Senior Center.

She is survived by her daughters, B. Elaine Scott of Wilmington, DE and Barbara (Paul) Knotts of Bear, De; 8 grandchildren, Stephanie(George), Bryan(Tricia), Darren (Johnna), Christopher (Nicole), Stephen(Helen), Paulie (Candice), Kelly (Christopher) and William; 18 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. Bertha was preceded in death by her 1st husband, Stephen Majkowski and by her 2nd husband, Raymond Pajewski.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 am in St. Hedwig Church, Linden & S. Harrison Sts., on Saturday, January 5, 2019. Burial will follow in the Cathedral Cemetery. Visitation for Bertha will be held in church starting at 9:30 am.
