Edward S. Tafelski

     Age 94 of New Castle, DE, passed away on Monday, April 8, 2013 at Compassionate Care Hospice in St. Francis Hospital.

Mr. Tafelski was a music teacher. He was a veteran of WWII and served in the Air Force. He is survived by his 2 sons,  Edward and John Tafelski, both of New Castle, DE; a daughter,  Mary Eichholz of Wilmington, DE;  6 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be private.  A committal service will be held on Thursday, April 11, 2013 in the chapel of the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Bear, DE at 11 am.  Burial will follow in the adjoining cemetery.
