Elizabeth T. (Beth) Czerski

Age 87, of Wilmington, DE died peacefully on Saturday, February 15, 2014. She was born in Wilmington, DE to Stanley and Stella Czerski.

Beth work at DuPont Company for over 45 years as an Executive Secretary. During her retirement, she enjoyed sewing, baking, reading, traveling, bowling, and home improvements.

In addition to her parents, Beth was predeceased in death by her sisters, Mary Kwiatkowski, Sophie Dobraniecki, and Dolores Schoonmaker, and her brothers, Henry Krol, Alfred Czerski, and Francis Czerski. She is survived by her sister, Bernadette Nai of Wilmington as well as a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.

Her family would like to especially thank her caregiver, Esther Dohnji, Griswold Home Care, and Heartland Hospice for all of their compassionate care during her illness.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Wednesday, February 19, 2014 at 10:30 am in St. Hedwig Church, Linden and S. Harrison Streets. Visitation for Elizabeth, will be held on Wednesday morning at the John F. Yasik Funeral Home, 607 S. Harrison Street, Wilmington, DE, starting at 9 am. Interment will follow in Cathedral Cemetery.
