Eva C. Hollingsworth

Age 80, of Wilmington, DE passed away on Friday, January 30, 2015.

Eva originally worked as a telephone operator for the former Bell Telephone Company.

Her husband, James R. Hollingsworth passed away in 2011.

Eva is survived her daughter, Sandra L. H. Edmunds of Wilmington, DE; her granddaughter, Carson Paige Edmunds also of Wilmington, DE; sisters-in-law, Reva (Billie) Ross of Knoxville, TN and Margaret (Daniel) Vitalo of Wilmington, DE; a nephew, Eugene D. (Cathy) Crew of Wilmington, DE; great nephews, Matthew (Amy) Crew and Jeffrey Crew and a great niece, Lindsey Crew, as well as other nieces and nephews; a great great niece, Ava and great great nephew, J.J. She was preceded in death by her brother, Lt. Col. Irving F. (Bud) Ross and a sister, Mary Ellen Crew.

A Memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 7, 2015 at 11 am in Marshallton U. M. Church, 1282 W. Strasburg Road, West Chester, Pa. 19382. Burial will follow in the adjoining cemetery.
