Jane O. Czajkowski

Age 76, of Wilmington passed away unexpectedly at home on February 8, 2015.

Jane was born on May 24, 1938 in Mt. Carmel, PA to the late Clarence and Pauline Hummel. She attended local area schools before relocating to Wilmington. Jane was the devoted wife of Sigmund (Ziggy) Czajkowski who preceded her in 2013 following 54 years of marriage.

Jane is survived by her four children, Barbara Kingshill (Peter), Jim Czajkowski (Robin), Rick Czajkowski (Brenda) and Lisa Starling (Matt). She is also survived by her nine grandchildren, Ryan Kingshill, Brooke and Andrew Czajkowski, Shana and Samantha Czajkowski, Matthew, Amanda, Jessica and Steven Starling.

In addition, Jane leaves behind four siblings Virginia, Linwood (Skip), Shirley and Beverley as well as many nieces, nephews and extended family. In addition to her parents and husband, Ziggy, Jane was preceded by her sister Jackie.

A memorial service will be offered at the Delaware Veterans Cemetery Chapel where friends and family may call on Monday February 16, 2015 at 11 AM. Interment will follow at the Delaware Veterans Cemetery where burial will be private.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the Wounded Warriors Project, P.O. Box 758517, Topeka, KS. 66675, in memory of Jane O. Czajkowski.
