Jean M. Kleamski

Jean M. Kleamski (Klimaszewski), age 95, passed away on Monday, March 21, 2016 at Sunrise of Wilmington, her home since 2014.

Jean was born on December 4, 1919 daughter of John and Bronislawa (Blanche) Klimaszewski. She worked for many years for the Pennsylvania Railroad and Amtrak. She was a very active member of Saint Stanislaus Kostka Church and a devout parishioner and active member of St. Hedwig Church. She enjoyed watching baseball games, crocheting, knitting, ceramics, and quilting as well as participating in church activities and functions.

In addition to her parents, Jean was preceded in death by her brothers Henry Kleamski, Charles Klimaszewski and Joseph Klimaszewski, and her sister Tessie Gondek. She is survived by many nieces, nephews, grand nieces, grand nephews, great grand nieces and great grand nephews. 

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, April 2 at St. Hedwig Church, 408 S. Harrison St, Wilmington, DE 19805 where visitation for family and friends will be held from 9:30 a.m. until 10:25 a.m. Burial to follow in the Cathedral Cemetery.
