Age 88, of Wilmington, DE, passed away on Thursday, May 22, 2014 at Compassionate Care Hospice in St. Francis Hospital.
John worked as an assemblyman at General Motors, Boxwood Road Plant, Wilmington, DE. He retired in 1977. John served in the Navy during WWII.
He is survived by his brother, Anthony (Eleanor) Lepore of New Castle, DE; his sister, Angela Kemp of New Castle, DE; his niece and caregiver, Rosemary and several other nieces and nephews and his beloved pet, Chiquita.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, May 29, 2014, at 10 am in Christ Our King Church, 28th and Madison Streets, Wilmington, DE 19802. Burial will follow in the Cathedral Cemetery, Wilmington, DE.
