John  M.  Rucinski

                                                                  “Bugsy”

Age 83, of Wilmington, Delaware, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 15, 2013, at the home of his son, surrounded by his family. He was a machinist at Hercules, Inc.  He retired in 1991 after 25 years of service.

 He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary (Gawinski) Rucinski in 2001. He is survived by his sons, Timothy (Trudy) Rucinski of Brooklyn, NY and James (Elizabeth) Rucinski of Wilmington, DE;  a daughter,  Jean Capparell of Hendreson, NV and 11 grandchildren, Kate, Leah, Nicholas, Jack, Michael, Andrew, Anthony, Max, Chase, Logan and Jamie.

The family would like to give special thanks to Heartland Hospice, especially, Elaine, Kerlina, Joan, Linda, Beth Well and Stephanie.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 9:30 am, on Friday, October 18, 2013 in St. Hedwig Church, Linden and S. Harrison Streets, Wilmington, DE.  Visitation for Bugsy will be held on Thursday evening, October 17^th at the John F. Yasik Funeral Home, 607 S. Harrison Street, Wilmington, DE from 6-8 pm and again on Friday morning, October 18^th from 8-9 am.  Burial will follow in the Cathedral Cemetery.
