Josephine M. Longacre

Age 77, of Wilmington, DE passed away on Sunday, May 8, 2016. Josephine was a school bus driver for 31 years with Lehane Bus Co.

She is survived by her husband of 57 years, William W. Longacre of Wilmington, DE; sons, Michael J. Longacre, of Perryville, MD and W. David (Suzette) Longacre of Bear, DE; daughters, Katherine (Jim) Carey of Newark, DE , Teresa Turner of Wilmington, DE and Jessica (Mark) Freeman of Clayton, NC; 14 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren and her brothers, Albert Kucharski of Greenwood, DE and Frank Kucharski of Cape May, NJ.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 13, 2016 at 12 noon at the Doherty Funeral Home, 3200 Limestone Road, Wilmington, DE. Visitation for Josephine will be at the funeral home starting at 11 am. Burial will follow in Gracelawn Memorial Cemetery, New Castle, DE.
