Lucille E. Thompson

age 94, of Wilmington, DE passed away on Thursday, December 20, 2012  at Compassionate Care Hospice in St. Francis Hospital.

Lucille was a homemaker, a member of St. Hedwig Church and a member of the Holy Rosary Society.  Her husband, James W. Thompson passed away in 1983.

She is survived by her son; George Thompson of Wilmington, DE, a sister-in-law; Betty Manlove of Elsmere, DE, a niece; Kathleen, nephews; Stanley, Edward and Robert and many great nieces & great nephews. She was predeceased by her brothers; Edward and Stanley Wijkowski and her nephews; Paul Wijkowski and Robert Manlove IV.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, December 22, 2012 in St. Hedwig Church, Linden & S. Harrison Streets at 10:30 am. Visitation will be in church starting at 9:30 am. Burial will follow in the Cathedral Cemetery.
