Martin J. Haugh

Martin Haugh, of Wilmington, Delaware, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 24, 2024, at the age of 66, surrounded by his beloved family.

Martin will be remembered as a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and friend. An avid reader and passionate hobbyist, he found joy in the outdoors, art, movies, and travel. His kindness, generosity, and warmth touched everyone who knew him, leaving an indelible mark on the hearts of many.

He is survived by his loving wife, Loretta Okoniewski Haugh; his sons, Ryan Haugh (Taylor Cotilla) and Casey Haugh (Danny Maloney); his cherished three grandchildren; his brother and sister; and nieces and nephews.

Martin’s life was a testament to the power of love, curiosity, and connection. He will be deeply missed but fondly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Family and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Ann's Church, Gilpin Avenue and Union Street, Wilmington on Monday, January 6, 2025 at 10:00AM, immediately followed by interment at Cathedral Cemetery, 2400 Lancaster Avenue, Wilmington.
