Richard  A.  Lewandowski

age 65 of Wilmington, DE, son of the late Stanley & Sabina Lewandowski,  passed away on Wednesday, January 16, 2013.

Richard worked for the Wilmington General Hospital as an electrician, until his retirement.

Richard is survived by his son, Richard (Jessica) Lewandowski, Jr. of Wilmington DE; a daughter, Cathy (Gilbert) Davis of New London, PA; his grandchildren, Tyler, Brooke, Tristan, Hayley, Paige, Gabriella & Alexa; a brother, Joseph (Loretta) Lewandowski of Wilmington, DE; sisters, JoAnne Donohue of Newark, DE and Patricia (Jack) Henderson of Landenburg, PA.  He was also survived by many beloved nieces and nephews, family members and friends.  Richard was predeceased by a daughter, Donna Marie Lewandowski and his brother, Stanley Lewandowski.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, January 22, 2013 at the John F. Yasik Funeral Home, 607 S. Harrison Street, Wilmington, DE at 10 am. Visitation will begin at 9 am. Burial will follow, at a later date, at the convenience of the family.
