Stefan Barna

Stefan Barna, age 98 of Bear, DE passed away on Friday, July 27, 2018. He worked as a school custodian.

Stefan’s wife, Ewa passed away in 1997. He is survived by a son, William (Elisabeth) Barna of Jackson, NJ; 2 daughters, Maria (Bohdan) Harhaj of Howell, NJ and Anna (George) Luszczyk of Bear, DE; 7 grandchildren, Michael (Carolyn) Barna, Natalie (Jimmy) Vandenbos, Mariana (Jared) Harkins, Daniel Luszczyk, Lesia Harhaj, Chrystia Harhaj, and Stephanie (John) Green; 5 great grandchildren, Tyler, Chelsey, Alexis, Meghan, and William; and a sister, Maria Pryjmak of New York City, NY.

Divine Liturgy will be held at 9:30 am in St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Church, Miller Road & Lea Blvd., Wilmington, DE on Wednesday, August, 1, 2018. Burial will follow in Holy Spirit Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery, 141 Sarah Wells Trail, Campbell Hall, NY 10916.
